Congratulations¬†to Amanda Rosalbo and Jessi Vermette whose play “Tell Me Another Story Sing Me A Song” at this years Regional One Act Play Festival. Both actresses won Outstanding Acting Awards and the play itself won Outstanding¬†Individual¬†Performance¬†Award!¬†Amanda will be representing Chelsea in this years All Star Cast.¬†

Chelsea Public School has a vibrant and growing theater program! In the fall we do a series of One Act Plays, and in the spring we do a Musical. The theater program is open to all students in grades 6-12. For the spring musical surrounding schools that do not have an active theater program are invited to join us!

This year for the first time Chelsea will be attending the One Act Play Festival Regional  Competition! The winner of this years local One Act Play Festival in the fall will attend the regional competition.

Why is Chelsea’s Theater Program growing fast? With the combined resources of the surrounding area and guest clinicians people have been starting to pay attention to this small schools arts program.
